Pitlochry is superb for walkers. The mountain of Ben Vrackie towers above the town, and the Cairngorm Massif is close by to the North. Loch Tummel and Loch Rannoch are also easily explored using the hotel as a base. Our location is perfect for visiting gardens, playing golf, great walks or simply coming to relax.

Introduction:
Situated just outside Pitlochry, with great views over the town which is close enough to walk to, The Pitlochry Hydro Hotel has been a hotel since it opened in 1890. The name ‘hydro’ refers to the fact that the water in the surrounding area were found to be rich in hydrogen and beneficial to health. We have a lovely restaurant and bar area and a popular gym, swimming pool and sauna to unwind in.
