Torquay’s Spinning Attraction
Torquay’s Princess Gardens looks a little different at the minute, a 60m observation wheel has been erected. The 365 tonne wheel was completed in four days by eleven highly trained staff and has come straight from London’s Victoria Park. It is open to the public from 10am to 10pm until 31st October.
